Here at Coleshill Cricket Club, we try and build a family community, creating a fun and friendly environment where all children and adults feel welcome, safe and have a sense of belonging.
This code of conduct is for all Members & Guests (Children & Adults)
Respect: Treat everyone with courtesy and respect. The club will not tolerate rude behaviour
Cleanliness: Keep the pavilion and surrounding areas clean and tidy. Help to tidy up glasses and rubbish
No Swearing: No loud and/or persistent swearing which might offend others or set a bad example.
No Bullying: Report any instances of bullying or unequal treatment to an appropriate adult. This may include (but not limited to) emotional, verbal and physical bullying, intimidation, harassment, coercion.
No Discrimination: Do not condone or allow any form of discrimination.
Fair Play: Promote the positive aspects of sport, including fair play and sportsmanship
High Standards: Maintain high standards of behaviour, both in the pavilion and surrounding areas
No Illegal Activities: Refrain from any illegal activities while at the club or when representing the club.
No Banned Substances: The club has a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and banned substances
Behaviour: Uphold club values and do not bring the club into disrepute
Follow Club Rules: Adhere to all club rules and regulations.
Follow ECB guidelines: set out in the “Safe Hands – Cricket’s Policy for Safeguarding Children’
For Parents and Carers:
Supervision: Ensure children are adequately supervised at all times.
Cleanliness: Please tidy away any toys/games and ensure you leave the pavilion in clean and tidy state
Positive Reinforcement: Encourage positive behaviour and sportsmanship in your children.
No Arguing: Refrain from arguing and encourage your children to be tolerant of others around them
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in your Membership being revoked...
